KYOTO ARASHIYAMA STUDIO

During the above period, photography services at this studio will be temporarily suspended. All photo sessions will instead be held at (HOTEL EMION KYOTO STUDIO). Photography services at this studio will resume on (September 20, 2026), and normal operations will continue from that date. A) With Your Own Kimono
Rent a kimono from any rental shop and take photos with the armor participant(s). The photo fee is ¥10,000 per group (up to 10 photos), regardless of the number of kimono participants.
Example) 1 Armor + 3 Kimono
Armor ¥20,000 + Kimono ¥10,000 = Total ¥30,000

B) Studio Kimono
Wear an authentic Kyoto hand-painted Yuzen kimono instead of a standard rental kimono. (See the "Service" page for details.) Includes dressing & hair set: ¥35,000/person

Tea Ceremony Program
Japan's first. Kyoto's first. Experience an authentic Urasenke Tea Ceremony in a traditional tea room while dressed as a samurai. 5. Cashless payments only – credit cards, e-money, and QR code payments accepted.

03.DATA
Cloud Delivery
All photos and videos will be delivered digitally. After the shoot, we will provide you with a QR code that gives access to a cloud folder (Google Drive), where you can download your data. In many cases, delivery is completed by late night on the same day, and no later than within 24 hours after the shoot.
FAQ
- What options of the STUDIO SHOOTING PLAN are popular?
Our most popular option is the one that allows the use of a variety of items during the shoot. With the basic plan, only a sword can be used. However, for an additional 2,000 JPY per group, you may also use spears, matchlock guns, bows, a fog machine, and projection mapping during the photo session.
- What is the difference with S rank and A rank?
The main difference lies in the price of the armor. The quality of the materials used and the amount of craftsmanship involved are reflected in the final price.
Of course, the materials and techniques used in SS and S Rank armor are exceptional. However, even A Rank armor is of very high quality, and anyone who sees it will be impressed by the level of detail and craftsmanship.

- Should I bring anything with me?
Since you’ll be wearing a kabuto (helmet), your hairstyle may get a bit messy—so it’s a good idea to bring a brush or comb. Also, don’t forget your camera or smartphone! Feel free to snap plenty of photos and videos to capture all the fun memories!
